All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (2–7 business days): $6.00-$8.00

Free Shipping on orders over $100

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

International shipping is available to select countries. Additional fees may apply.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
