Thank you for shopping with SipScience! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We offer the following shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping (2–7 business days): $6.00-$8.00

    • Free Shipping on orders over $100

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

  • International shipping is available to select countries. Additional fees may apply.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
