When is the best time to take an electrolyte supplement?

In the short term, there is no perfect time when you can or should consume an electrolyte supplement. It's all up to you. There can be better times throughout the day or more optimal times to consume it, but whatever makes you feel the best is usually the correct answer to go with.
My recommendation (this is what I do)- I start drinking my Biodrip about 15-20 minutes before I start working out. It usually takes about 30 minutes for an oral electrolyte supplement to start raising blood serum levels of electrolytes. By doing this, I can ensure that I'm going to be ahead of what I will lose during my workout, not worry about potentially becoming dehydrated from the workout, and I can always get a great pump due to the sodium content.
In the morning/Breakfast- You just spent the last (hopefully 8ish hours) sleeping. Your body spent the entire night repairing, regenerating, recovering, and growing. When you wake up you are going to be slightly dehydrated and that's ok! Taking Biodrip first thing in the morning can help you curb that mild sleep dehydration and get ahead on your daily hydration. Biodrip contains no caffeine so it will not impede on your circadian rhythm, wake cycle, or adenosine levels.
Midday/Lunch- Maybe you are an early bird gym-goer, got your morning jog in, started on that yard work early in the morning, or just want a great-tasting drink with your lunch, then midday would be a great option for you. It meets right in the middle of your day, ensuring that you can keep and stay hydrated until the end of the day.
Late afternoon/Dinner- You've been out and about all day, maybe just got done with your after work gym session, been outside working all day, or getting ready to start your exercise routine. This timing makes sure you are properly primed and ready to replenish everything lost during the day or get ahead of what will soon be lost from all that hard work in the gym.
In summary, I can't give you a definite answer as to when is the absolute best time for you personally to take your electrolyte/mineral supplement, as long as it's Biodrip, then you can't go wrong (this is a joke). You are going to have to experiment and explore different timings when you feel the best. You know your body better than anyone else does; if you feel like there's a best time for you to take it, then go with that time.
